What service does Paygea provide?
Paygea provides an international payment gateway. Paygea enables merchants to authorize, process and manage credit card transactions, safely and easily. In addition, merchants have access to timely sales tracking and reporting.

Does Paygea authorize transactions?
No. Paygea relies on the banks and payment processors for authorizing transactions. Paygea does not define the time periods of authorizations, nor do we influence the approval or denial of a transaction.

What credit card types can I accept?
Paygea will provide you with access to accept Visa, MasterCard and Diner’s cards.

Is there a minimum dollar amount that I must charge for credit card transactions?
No, you can process a transaction for any amount as your business dictates.

In what currency do we receive payment from Paygea?
Paygea customers will receive payments in USD, CDN, GBP, EURO, and YEN.

Is there a place I can view my transaction activity?
Paygea provides all clients with real-time access to our online reporting technology. This Web-based administrative solution enables you to generate reports that provide detailed information about all transactions processed through Paygea on your behalf. You can access the Paygea online reporting solution anytime, anywhere, using your unique username and password.

How do you handle Chargebacks?
Paygea requires that chargebacks remain less than 1% of total transactions.

How do you handle "Credits/Refunds to Customers"?
Credits or refunds to customers will occur if the merchant is unable to deliver a product, has over-charged a customer or agrees to refund a customer. Details about the transaction are sent through Paygea and a refund/credit is processed to the cardholder.

Will I receive statements?
Yes. The Paygea online reporting solution offers you Internet-based reporting, that gives you online access to review your daily sales, financial history, and other pertinent account information in real-time. There is no additional cost for this service.
