Just navigate the tabs on any of the back office pages to access the tools you need. The back office includes many useful and time-saving features. Some of the tasks you can do with the back office include:

• Processing transactions manually with the Virtual Terminal
• Generating and downloading detailed Activity Reports on transactions you have processed
• Creating and editing recurring billing records with the Recurring Billing tool
• Viewing your merchant account balance details with the Account Statement tool
• Modifying your login password or sending an online Technical Support request from our Customer Support section
